1. Our Services

Comfort Transfers offers airport transfer services. All services are governed by these terms unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

2. Booking and Offers

Offers: Our offers are time-sensitive and confidential. They are only valid for the indicated time and are only for the recipient.

Binding Bookings: When a booking is confirmed, it is binding.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: Prices on our website are all inclusive of VAT.

Payment Methods: We accept:

• Credit cards
• Cash in the vehicle
• Bank/postal transfers
• Invoices

Cancellation Policy:

• Over 48 hours prior to service: Free cancellation.
• Within 48 hours or no-show: Full payment must be made.

4. Liability and Responsibilities

Comfort Transfers is not liable for delays or problems resulting from:

• Unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, traffic congestion, car breakdowns).
• Mistakes in pickup or destination information supplied by the customer.
• Any circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is to be made within 10 days of completion of service.

We reserve the right to ask for alternative payment terms if required.

Withholding payments or setting off claims without our agreement is prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Local laws will apply to all disputes.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will be done in the proper jurisdiction.

Amicable Resolution: We try to settle disputes honestly and amicably.
